Parts/Service are phenomenal. Have needed to get parts for my 2017 Coleman and they were ordered and I had them within two days (at the most), which is fantastic -considering other RV dealers were pathetic in their work ethics. Just had the A/C unit replaced at Murphy RV - took it in on a Monday
